The directors’ experiences over the past eight years of operating GHL Medicals and Laboratory Services, a predecessor to Journey Medicals and Diagnostic Services Ltd, as professional, and proven operators will ensure that our clients will be more satisfied with our revamped products and services offering, and that more clients will choose the newly rebranded JMDS Specialised Hospitals for their medical and diagnostic services. The company proposes to partner with the institutional investors to access early stage investment for hospital building construction and improvements, furnishing and equipping the specialist hospitals and their departments, and for research and development, employee capability strengthening, improvement and expanding delivery of medical services at the current facility in Kampala and a network of localised medical centres across Uganda, diagnostic machinery acquisition, and personnel and talent expansion); strengthen research and development to optimise and improve the e-Ambulance product design, innovation and performance ;increase clinical networks to fifteen; and improve personnel capacity and quality assurance systems and practices to ensure that our clinical networks and specialist hospitals continues to grow and remain profitable.
